The Golden State Warriors and Sacramento Kings meet Tuesday in the West NBA Play-In at the Golden 1 Center. The winner of this game will play the loser of Lakers – Pelicans. We will look at this from a betting perspective and determine the best bets for this game. Here’s a Warriors vs Kings prediction.
Golden State Warriors
The Golden State Warriors have been in great form as they reeled off 10 wins in their past 12 games and they will be eager to stay hot after sneaking past the Jazz in a 123-116 win on Sunday. Klay Thompson drained six 3-pointers to lead the team with 25 points on seven of 13 shooting, Andrew Wiggins added 19 points while Gui Santos chipped in with 13 points off the bench. As a team, the Warriors shot 47 percent from the field and 14 of 43 from the 3-point line as they poured in 63 points in the first half to take the early lead, before they rested all their starters and escaped with the narrow win on the strength of their bench players.
Sacramento Kings
Meanwhile, the Sacramento Kings have been in a real slump as they’ve lost five of their last seven games overall, but they will be hoping to maintain some momentum after blowing past the Trail Blazers in a 121-82 win on Sunday. De’Aaron Fox led the team with 24 points on 10 of 14 shooting, Domantas Sabonis tallied 18 points with 11 rebounds and nine assists while Harrison Barnes chipped in with 17 points on five of eight shooting. As a team, the Kings shot 49 percent from the field and 13 of 34 from the 3-point line as they stormed out of the gates and poured in 65 points in the first half, before they went on another run in the third quarter to push the margin out to 44 points at one stage.

- The underdogs have covered the spread in each of the last six games between the Warriors and Kings.
- Each of the Kings’ last six home games following a home win have gone UNDER the total points line.
Golden State Warriors Team Facts
- The Warriors have won each of their last 15 games as road favorites.
- The Warriors have covered the spread in eight of their last nine road games following a home win.
- Each of the Warriors’ last four road games against Pacific Division opponents have gone OVER the total points line.
Warriors vs Kings prediction
The Warriors are slightly shorthanded with Gary Payton ruled out, while the Kings are still missing Kevin Huerter and Malik Monk. The regular season series was split at 2-2, but it is the Warriors who are coming into this meeting clearly as the team in better form. The Kings are more than capable of pulling off the upset here as they’ve won the last two meetings. However, with the line so short, I prefer a play on the experienced Warriors to get the narrow win and cover on the road.
